Roadtrip Chile – Huerquehue National Park

The Huerquehue National Park has a lot of different trails in the forest. Especially interesting are the monkey puzzle trees. It is nice, but it is quite busy as it is in one of the most famous regions in Chile. The close-by volcano Villarrica is beautiful – and active. This leads to countable natural hot springs to visit and after a hiking day just the thing to do. We went to Termas Los Pozones.

Der Nationalpark Huerquehue hat viele verschiedene Wanderpfade im Wald mit den interessanten Chilenischen Araukarien. Es ist nett, aber ziemlich üppig besucht, schließlich ist es in einer der berühmtesten Regionen Chiles. Der nahegelegene Vulkan Villarrica ist wunderschön und aktiv. Nicht umsonst ist die Erde sehr fruchtbar. Auch führt es zu zahlreichen natürlichen heißen Quellen und nach einem Wandertag ist das genau das Richtige. Wir waren in den Thermen von Los Pozones.

Ruta 7 – Patagonia National Park

The Patagonia National Park is a must. Unfortunately it is not free entrance anymore, but the trails are fabulous. You feel like in another world. If you didn’t see Guanacos yet, here is your chance.

Der Nationalpark Patagonia ist zwar seit einigen Jahren leider nicht mehr kostenfrei, aber mehr als empfehlenswert. Atemberaubende Aussichten, man kommt sich vor wie in einer anderen Welt. Wer bisher keine Guanakos (Lama Guanicoe) zu Gesicht bekommen hat, hier ganz bestimmt.
